You can swipe left or right on the calendar. You can find descriptions and dates of holidays in the calendar or view their details on a specific day.

New events can be entered easily and quickly by entering basic information.

No matter if it's a wedding anniversary, celebration or meeting - Calendar PL informs you in a transparent way.

The PL calendar will also remind you about name days in your family. Call them directly from the app and make them happy!

You can place a small or large widget on the screen to show today's date and today's name day.

The widget will also remind you of planned events in your calendar and your friends' name days.

The calendar also reminds you about the change of summer and winter time and the beginning of the seasons, it also shows the times of sunrise and sunset and the phases of the moon.

Tips for entering events:

1. The event date can be entered in several ways. Choose the one that suits you best:

- Press plus on the top bar.

- Detailed view with a single tap on the app button

- Hold your finger on a specific day in the calendar for a long time

2. You don't have to enter the end of the event if you don't know it yet - it can remain the same as the beginning.

In this case, only the start time will be shown, for example: 8:00 doctor.

3. If the event date changes, move it to the beginning. The end time and notification will also be transferred automatically.

4. Selecting a basic calendar:

If you also have Kalendář CZ or Kalendár SK installed, at least version 3.1.0, you can choose which calendar will send notifications.

5. Required settings:

For the application to function properly, it is necessary to grant the application all necessary permissions, and its operation in the background cannot be limited.

If these necessary settings are not made, some features of the application may not function properly; mainly widget updates and sending notifications.

Attention:

The Polish calendar with names, holidays and school holidays is free.

All dates will be free for one year after installing the updated version of these apps.

In the current version of the calendar, data on public holidays are valid until the end of 2025.

Data on school holidays are valid until the end of the 2023/2024 school year.
